Grilled Stuffed Portabello Mushrooms(& Chicken)

I found this recipe online the other day. I wrote the ingredients but forgot the instructions, so I winged it. Mark won't eat portabello mushrooms, he finds them scary. I decided to use chicken with the same recipe. It was a success!
